Multi Directional EMS (MD-EMS)
Advanced muscle training technology targeting multiple directions for superior results.

Introduction
Multi-Directional EMS (MD-EMS) is a form of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) distinguished by its unique method of delivering current to the muscles. Unlike conventional EMS, which typically results in a simple, linear contraction, MD-EMS utilises a sophisticated algorithmic control system to dynamically manipulate the electrical current between multiple electrode pairs.
The "Multi-Directional" aspect is the result of this intelligent current steering. By activating different electrode pairs in specific sequences, the system generates multiple, shifting vectors of force. This induces complex, multi-planar muscle contractions that replicate the functional movements of a real workout—such as crunches, squats, and dynamic twists.
This approach provides a more comprehensive form of muscle conditioning, engaging not only the primary target muscle but also the smaller, synergistic, and stabilising fibres that are crucial for functional strength and a naturally contoured aesthetic.
Is This Treatment Right for You?
- Those undergoing muscle rehabilitation or seeking to improve the 'mind-muscle' connection through neuromuscular re-education.
- Postpartum women looking to address Diastasis Recti, and regain core strength.
- Fitness enthusiasts looking to overcome plateaus and achieve a more sculpted, athletic physique.
- People wishing to target specific muscles or muscle groups, to improve muscle strength, and tone.
