Our sessions begin with gentle warm-up sequences to awaken the body, followed by a flow of postures (asanas) that build strength, flexibility, and balance. We emphasise proper alignment and offer modifications for all poses, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every participant.
Each class concludes with a guided relaxation (Savasana), allowing the body to integrate the benefits of the practice and the mind to settle into calm awareness.
